Dan Hodgkinson is a Umina local with over 20 years experience in Carpentry on the Central Coast and across Sydney.

As a local apprentice, Dan completed his trade on bespoke luxury developments, inspiring his focus on exclusive builds and high-quality carpentry. Contracting in various roles from Carpenter to Foreman to Project Manager, Dan has established long term partnerships with Carty Homes, Buildlux, Construct Central Coast, LGM Builders, Mennie Builders and Evolving Constructions.

Hodgkinson Construction was created to afford Dan’s inspiration to lead ethical, premium projects within his local area guided by an overarching commitment to customer satisfaction and high class workmanship.

  • We have worked alongside Hodgkinson Construction on two different occasions. The first when we did a brief renovation at our original site Lagune Artisan Pizza Co, and the second during the concept development and execution of our new venue Lagune Artisan. Both projects were coordinated and carried out by Dan Hodgo, within budget and expected timeframe.   • We engaged Dan and Ash to complete our studio fit out this year, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Dan understood our vision and executed it perfectly.
